Terms of Use
These terms apply to games published by Little Asteroid, the trade name of Danu Litvac, an independent developer based in Navarra, Spain. By downloading or playing, you agree to them. The App Store and Google Play terms also apply.
1. License
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play our games for non-commercial use. The games, art, music and code remain ours.
2. Fair play
Don’t copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the games, use cheats or bots, or interfere with the games or other players.
3. Price and purchases
Our games are free to download. Any in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
4. Age
Our games are not directed at children under 13. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. No warranty
Games are provided “as is”. We try hard to keep them bug-free but can’t guarantee they’ll always work, and we may update, change or discontinue them. Progress stored on your device may be lost.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the games. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
7. Changes and law
